1. The $10 No Deposit Bonus Promotion (the “MT5 Free $10 NDB (Pro)” or “Account”) is organised by Saracen Inc (hereinafter the “Company”).

2. The promotion is available ONLY to new account holders. Existing account holders are not permitted to participate in this promotion.

3. Account holders must be of 18 years of age and/or above.

4. To be eligible to receive the MT5 Free $10 NDB (Pro) Account, the participant must first obtain a new fully approved account.

5. The $10 credited into the Account, by the Company, are in the form of non-withdrawable, non-transferable trading credit (the “Trading credit” or “Credit”) and valid for a period of 90 days from the date the credit was granted. If the Account is inactive for 30 days or more during the 90 days validity period, the $10 credit will be cancelled.

6. To withdraw any profits generated in the MT5 Free $10 NDB (Pro) Account, the Client must be fully verified and must satisfy the following conditions: Profits are equal to or higher than $20; traded at least 5 standard lots; and a minimum open position duration of 3 minutes. Maximum $20 can be withdrawn and any withdrawal request contrary to the above may result in rejection of the request and/or cancellation of the $10 trading credit. Only trades on currencies (Forex) and commodities shall be calculated, subject to the Company’s determination of eligible trading activity. All profits generated using the Trading Credit are subject to verification and approval by the Company. The Company’s determination in relation to prohibited trading behaviour, eligibility, and profit validity shall be final and binding.

7. Trading volume generated through abusive practices, including but not limited to rapid trade opening and closing, minimal price exposure, or repetitive trades without genuine market risk, shall not be counted toward the required trading volume. Prohibited trading behaviours include, but are not limited to:

   7.1 Quote Stuffing – Submitting a large volume of rapid orders and cancellations with the intention of creating artificial market movement, misleading other participants, or overloading the trading infrastructure.

   7.2 Sniping – Executing trades based on stale, delayed, or otherwise noncurrent price data, particularly in low liquidity conditions, in order to capitalize on temporary market inefficiencies.

   7.3 Price Manipulation – Attempting to influence the price of a financial instrument through coordinated trading, dissemination of false or misleading information, or any other form of deceptive conduct.

   7.4 Swap Abuse – Strategically opening or closing positions around rollover periods solely to gain favourable swap conditions or avoid negative swaps, in a manner that deviates from normal trading behaviour.

   7.5 Churning – Engaging in excessive trading activity not based on legitimate speculative interest, but rather to generate undue commissions, rebates, or other incentives.

   7.6 Platform Abuse – Employing software, scripts, bots, or other tools designed to interfere with, overload, or bypass the intended functions and limitations of the trading platform, including abuse of latency, API endpoints, or order throttling mechanisms.

   7.7 Collusive Behaviour – Coordinating with other Clients or third parties to manipulate market prices, trade outcomes, or trading conditions, including through mirror trading, copy trading, or any other form of concerted action with manipulative intent.

   7.8 Promotional Abuse or Bonus Requirement Manipulation – Trading activity primarily intended to meet promotional requirements rather than genuine market participation, including but not limited to trade cycling, repetitive low-risk trading, or executing transactions designed to inflate traded volume.

   7.9 Trade Cycling or Volume Farming – Opening and closing positions (including offsetting trades) repeatedly with minimal price exposure and/or without legitimate trading rationale for the purpose of generating qualifying volume.

   7.10 The Company reserves the right to take any and all necessary actions in response to the behaviours described above. Such actions may include, without limitation: cancellation of trades, adjustment of account balances, suspension or termination of access to trading services, permanent account closure, and legal proceedings.

8. If the Account reaches Stop Out, the Trading Credit will be deemed used and removed, and the promotion will be considered concluded.

9. Only ONE $10 No Deposit Bonus is permitted to one person per household. Participants are not allowed to register using the data of a family member such as, brothers, sisters, spouses, ancestors, lineal descendants and collateral descendants, acquaintances, or any other person/entity. If the Company suspects that a person has registered for the $10 Free Account using the name and/or registration data (including but not limited to IP address, email address, telephone number, physical address, utility bill etc.) of another family member taking part in the $10 Free Account promotion, the Company reserves the right to cancel the $10 credit, without any prior notice. Any attempt to manipulate or attempt to get the bonus using multiple identities or registration will not be tolerated.

10. The Company reserves the right to cancel the $10 No Deposit Bonus Promotion at any time and without prior notice, to reject offering the $10 Free Account Promotion to any applicant, or to cancel the $10 Free Account of any new client if it determines, at its absolute discretion, that such action is reasonable and/or necessary.

11. SaracenMarkets employees, service providers, associates, and/or their family members are not eligible to claim the $10 Free Account.

12. This $10 Free Account Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion(s).

13. The Client agrees that by entering this $10 Free Account Promotion, they consent to the Company processing any personal information which they provide while registering and/or participating in the $10 Free Account Promotion. The information is collected and processed between SaracenMarkets related entities and only to such an extent which is necessary to administer and run the $10 Free Account Promotion. Each Client has the right to withdraw their consent for the processing of their personal data at any time, but such a withdrawal may result in the disruption, suspension, or termination of the Client’s participation in the $10 Free Account Promotion.

14. The Company may request additional documentation for the Client before or during their participation in the $10 Free Account Promotion and the Client is obliged to provide the requested documentation. Failure to do so may result in the disruption, suspension, or termination of the Client’s participation in the $10 Free Account Promotion.

15. Clients who provide incorrect or fraudulent details during the account opening process will be disqualified from participating in the $10 Free Account Promotion.

16. Failure to abide by any of the terms above, or any of the Company’s general trading terms, may result in the immediate cancellation of both any illicit profits that may have been generated and the $10 credit.

17. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any consequences of any trading credit cancellation or decline, including, but not limited to, order(s) closure by Stop Out.

1. Participants must have a fully verified account before initiating any withdrawals.
2. Each participant is limited to one account. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.
3. To qualify for the $30 USD bonus, participants must make a minimum deposit of $30 USD.
4. Accounts participating in this promotion will be set to a maximum leverage of 1:500.

4. Reward Processing
