    1. Promotion Overview
      1. The Deposit & Win Merchandise (“Promotion”) is organized by Saracen Inc (“Company”).
      2. By opening a trading account under this Promotion, the client agrees to the Terms and Conditions and the Company’s Trading Terms and Conditions.
    2. Eligibility & Participation
      1. Clients must be 18 years or older and clients must have a fully verified account prior to initiating any deposits.
      2. This promotion is exclusively available to Malaysian clients.
      3. The Promotion is valid from June 4, 2025, until June 30, 2025. Saracen Markets reserves the right to extend the promotion period.
      4. Clients must open a new live trading account on Meta Trader 5 (MT5) platform and clients must deposit into one of the following MT5 account types: MT5 Pro; MT5 VIP (ECN); MT5 30% Bonus; or MT5 Free $30 Bonus.
      5. Clients must reach a cumulative deposit of USD100 during the Promotion period to qualify for the merchandise.
      6. A minimum of 1 standard lot is required to be eligible to claim the merchandise.
      7. After making the qualifying deposit, clients must submit their details via the official entry form to confirm participation.
      8. Failure to submit the form will result in disqualification, even if the deposit criteria are met.
    3. Data Privacy & Compliance
      1. Clients agree to the processing of personal information for participation in the Promotion.
      2. Clients can withdraw consent at any time, but this may result in suspension or termination of their participation.
      3. The Company may request additional documentation before or during the Promotion.
      4. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant found violating the Promotion terms or engaging in fraudulent, manipulative or unethical behavior.
    4. General Terms & Liability
      1. Prizes must be accepted on an “as is” basis and are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
      2. The rights to claim the prize will be forfeited if the winners cannot be contacted within one (1) week from the announcement date.
      3. Winners will be announce through Saracen Markets websites and will be notified via email.
      4. The decision of the Company is final and binding regarding the selection of winners, and no correspondence will be entertained regarding this decision.
      5. The Promotion is not available to U.S. citizens or residents.
      6. The Company reserves the right to modify the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
